Pesto Kitchen
At Elmgrove Farm you’ll find Pesto Kitchen, a stone-baked Neapolitan-style pizzeria that marries artisan technique with locally-sourced Irish ingredients. Founded in 2022 by Chef Csaba Simo, the kitchen takes its dough seriously: resting for 48 hours to achieve proper fermentation before baking the pizzas in a 500 °C wood-fired oven, delivering that signature charred crust and flavour depth.
What You Can Expect
- The menu features classics such as Marinara, Margherita, Capricciosa and Quattro Formaggi, as well as spicy options like the ‘Bazooka’ (with nduja, fresh chilli and chilli honey).
- Sides include cheesy garlic bread and premium fries (truffle & parmesan, bacon-jam fries) for the perfect complement.
