How will I know my order is ready?

You will receive an email to confirm that it is ready for collection

Where do I pickup my order?

Please either arrive at the Elmgrove Farm Shop or find us at the Green Door Market. Please note the following opening times for both:

Elmgrove Farm Shop:

Monday to Sunday 10-6 pm

All collections at the gate require a minimum 3 hours in advance order time

The Green Door Market:

Saturday 9-3 pm

All collections at The Green Door Market must be ordered before 11.00 am the previous day of collection.

Once my order is ready, how long will it be available for?

You will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready. The collection will be based on the day you have chosen. Due to the freshness of the product, the flowers will only be available for collection on the day and location that you have chosen.

Will I need to bring anything in order to pick it up?

Please have the email confirming your order.

What if I need to send someone else?

That’s no problem, please just send them your order email.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge until 12 noon the day before pick-up. If you need to cancel after this time, please call us on 041-9884389 from 9 am-4 pm Mon-Fri.
