Delivery

Our cut-off for orders to be processed on the same day is 12.00pm.

Local deliveries can be sent on the same day or your chosen delivery date. 

All nationwide orders are sorted for the packhouse, which makes up the bouquets daily before loading onto the courier each evening. The bouquets are whisked around to depots throughout the country overnight, before being loaded into delivery vans in each region the following morning. Some 97% of our orders get delivered the next day, with the remaining orders usually delivered the following day.

We can only load out flowers from Monday-Thursday, with last deliveries on the Friday and Saturday.

Our nationwide flowers are delivered via our courier partner DPD. The recipient will receive a text with a one-hour slot for delivery. If no one is home and a suitable safe place is available, the driver will deliver the flowers to the safe place, or to a neighbour.
